There have been media reports saying Vijay in ‘such a hurry’ to complete ‘Velayudham’ to join the shoot of his next film, directed by Shankar, which is a remake of Hindi blockbuster ‘3 Idiots’.

A source close to Vijay said: “Vijay has been in the industry for a long period and he has a very good image. He always gives equal importance to all his projects and his each and every film is important to him.”

“He has never done a film in hurry and plans things in a professional way even if he has more than one project to do at a time. He will never do injustice to any project of him. It is somebody’s imagination running riot,” the source added.

Meanwhile, the music of ‘Kavalan’, which is the 51st film of Vijay, will be launched soon. Produced by Ekaveera Creations and directed by Siddique, the film will be released by Shakthi Chidambaram’s Cinema Paradise
