Recently the Vijay Awards Ceremony took place at chennai where many film fraternities gathered together. Many artists bagged the awards for their hard work they have put in.And its needless to say that Vijay is sure to be added in the list.With Vettaikaran which had hit the screens last year, Our Ilayathalapathy Vijay has won THE MOST FAVOURITE ACTOR for the year 2009 and for the movie Vettaikaran. The award was given to Vijay by one of his close friend in cine circle and actor Suriya and Director Dharani.Vijay was earlier awarded as the Best Entertainer and Next superstar at the same award ceremony as well. Vijay said that he was very happy in being awarded as the most favourite actor for the year 2009 and congragulated all other artists who had bagged the awards.
