Shankar didn't opt for Rahman!!

The technicians for the Tamil remake of the Hindi blockbuster 3 Idiots have been announced! This news comes as a surprise when the lead cast of the movie is still under discussion.
Harris Jayaraj will score the music for this venture and director Shankar has roped in Manoj Parmahamsa, who cranked the camera for Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya, to wield the camera.
Shankar has this time shifted his focus from AR Rahman, who scored the music for Endhiran, to Harris.
It may be mentioned here that 3 Idiots, one of the major hits of the year, had Aamir Khan, Madhavan and Kareena Kapoor playing the lead roles.
